Because our business revolves around ink, we go the extra step to make sure you have the right one. Our Ink Mixologist is well trained to identify and recreate nearly any color. In addition, we offer adhesion testing services to determine what ink works best on your substrate. We take the time to test multiple inks and put the part through vigorous testing to ensure optimal adhesion and abrasion resistance. We have tested hundreds of various substrates and applications in our years of experience. If you are unsure of which technology to use, we offer support to discuss and test different methods until you find the one you are most satisfied with.

Come to us with an idea and we will find a solution. Often printing is not as simple as most think which is why we offer a wide variety of equipment. If we don’t have a solution, chances are nobody does.

Custom Color Matching

Our in-house color matching professionals are highly trained in understanding how to mix and match colors perfectly.

By providing Inkcups with a Pantone number or wet sample, our experts will use a spectrometer to identify the color. Once the color is identified, our ink mixologist will formulate an exact match. We will then mix the color matched ink in a larger volume.

The ink mixing service is exclusive to our pad printing and screen printing ink. General color matching is available for pad printing, screen printing, and digital printing.

Adhesion Testing

Ensure your brand sticks. Adhesion testing is a critical component in the printing process for both digital and pad printing. It’s the first step before a color or graphic is chosen. We know how important is is which is why we take the time to extensively test your product with a variety of ink.

We have all of the tools required to complete testing such as dishwasher tests, washing tests, cross-hatch, tape testing, and more.
