BA Series pad printing ink is a high-gloss, easy-to-use, all-purpose 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. It is a fast-drying ink that adheres to a wide range of substrates, such as ABS, SAN, Rigid PVC, pre-treated polypropylene and polyethylene, polyester, polycarbonates, hard plastics, acrylics, wood, and finished substrates. As a two-component ink, the BA series offers exceptional abrasion resistance. Significantly increase abrasion resistance with the addition of hardener. In addition, the BA series has an extended pot life of 8-9 hours, easily lasting an entire production shift.
BA Series pad printing ink is available in 23 standard, 11 high density, 5 metallic, and CMYK 4-color process shades. See our standard BA Color Chart and the High-Density Color Chart below under Resources. Custom color matching and Harmony Color Matching System is available.
The BA Series Ink is classified as NT (non-toxic) and is formulated with pigments which are free from heavy metals. Safety Data Sheets are available according to EU regulation. Main indications are carried on the product label.
