Southwest Sales Representative

The Southwest Sales Representative is responsible for helping grow our Southwest sales territory. The position will focus on selling Inkcups supplies, printers, lasers and digital equipment to the Promotional, Apparel, Industrial and other markets.

Inkcups Now provides innovative printing equipment, supplies and solutions to customers in the promotional, apparel and industrial markets worldwide.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and qualify leads and nurture prospects
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Provide quotations, negotiate terms and pricing to close customer deals
  • Attend industry functions, such as trade shows, association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on markets and creative trends.
  • Represent Inkcups in a professional manner.
  • Keep calendar and Salesforce (CRM) always up to date
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role selling UV flatbed and cylindrical inkjet printing equipment to end users
  • Prior experience independently overseeing the entire sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Professional in phone etiquette, appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Travel as required.
