Inkcups Hosted Yearly Sales Summit

Last week, Inkcups hosted our annual Sales Summit at our HQ located in Danvers, MA. Our Sales Team traveled far and wide from countries such as Canada, Mexico, Vietnam, and Hong Kong for this yearly event. The Inkcups Sales Summit is a time to gather and communicate about experiences and insights, discuss strategy and tactics, learn more about our technological advances and bond through fun activities.

Each year, we like to have someone externally come in and discuss different topics related to Sales in general. This year, our guest speaker, Robert Stevenson, spoke about how the best get better. His engaging and dynamic presentation featured ways to improve your everyday activities through discipline.

The theme of this year’s Sales Summit focused on teamwork. From our outside Salespeople, all the way to our team at HQ, each and every person has an important role in helping our people, as well as the company, be successful. From this, we honored two of our employees for their excellent teamwork and dedication to making Inkcups a top company. Our Hong Kong Technical Support and Salesperson, Peter Chan as well as our Digital Product Manager, Gregory Harwood were both recognized. They are continuously working hard to meet deadlines and to make customers happy. Both Peter and Gregg are the epitome of a great Inkcups employee.

With hard work comes some fun! Our nightly activities included a cookout (with a silent and live auction), bowling and our annual boat cruise which is always a favorite. Throughout the year, Inkcups employees have the opportunity to earn points for things such as going above and beyond, employee of the month, years at Inkcups or just being caught on the spot doing a great job. During our Sales Summit, those points are converted to “money” to be used at the silent and live auctions. Prizes range from a TV to paid days off to a PS4 to a mystery surprise.

Overall, the Sales Summit is time for all Inkcups employees to come together, get to know new faces and reconnect. Days are filled with meetings and important information, but the nights are a time to relax and unwind. Thank you to everyone who participated and we will see you next year!
