Q: How long have you worked for Inkcups?
A: I have worked at Inkcups for 3 years, I was so excited to start working here. I started in April of 2018.
Q: How long have you been in the industry?
A: I have been in this industry since October of 1988. So you can say a long, long time. 33 great years.
Q: Where did your journey start in the industry?
A: My journey started at Autoroll in Middleton, Massachusetts. I started as a temp and they then hired me full time. I started working in the plate department taking orders and then moved to Customer Service for inks. Even though Customer service isn’t always the easiest, it is a job I truly enjoy doing.
Q: What is your favorite part about working at Inkcups?
A: My favorite part about working at Inkcups is the environment, the people, the culture. It’s a place you work hard but we also have a lot of fun. It is a company that cares for its employees. I also enjoy that we give back to the community when we can, by doing coat drives, food banks, Habitat for Humanity. It is a company that has wonderful culture with fantastic people .
Q: What is something cool everyone should know about Inkcups?
A: We now offer an online Reorder Portal which makes It easier for customer to order any time of day. It is a great tool to offer to customers as now most are working from home and having flex hours, they have they capability of ordering any time of day or night.
