Inkcups’ core is all about our committed team members – they’re the heart and soul that make our company stand out. Our exceptional individuals are what truly make us one of a kind.
In this edition of our employee spotlight, we are delighted to introduce you to Amy Larocque, who serves as our Digital Service Administrator. Amy plays a pivotal role in engaging with our customers, addressing their inquiries about our products, managing orders, and providing comprehensive assistance across various aspects. Take this opportunity to become better acquainted with Amy through the following Q&A session:
Q. How has your previous experience translated to your position at Inkcups?
Amy: My first job out of college was as a Buyer/Planner at Synventive Molding Solutions in Peabody, MA. I ran daily inventory reports and purchased parts for our machines. After that, I worked at Copyright Clearance Center in Danvers, MA. I had various roles during my 16 years there, but they all revolved around Customer Service. I think the combination of Purchasing and Customer Service experience has served me well in my role at Inkcups.
Q. What is your favorite part about your job at Inkcups?
Amy: My job is never boring! I really enjoy that I am always learning something new, and there’s always something that needs to get done. I also love the work environment, and how everyone is willing to help each other out. It’s kind of like Olive Garden, when you’re here, you’re family.
Q. How do you like to spend your free time?
Amy: I like to spend time with my husband Andrew, and our boys Will and Sam. We love watching movies, playing video games, and swimming in the summertime. We have six guinea pigs and would totally have more if we had the space. I also enjoy experimenting with my hair. In the past year my hair has been blue, pink, blonde, purple, red, and brown (my natural color).
Q. What is something that everyone should know about Inkcups?
Amy: You are most likely wearing, holding, or looking at something right now that was printed on an Inkcups machine!
