Asia Service & Technical Support Administrator

Summary
The technician will be responsible for all aspects of pad printing technical support and customer care. He or she will be responsible for sample printing and technical support by phone, email and face to face to both customers and the salesforce, as it relates to the pad printing process. Further responsibilities will be assigned on a day to day basis.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Printing tagless and hard goods samples
  • Pad print training for customers in Asia
  • Travel to customers for installations and troubleshooting
  • Technical phone and email support for customers
  • English and Chinese speaking phone support

Requirements:

  • Experienced in tagless and promotional products printing is a plus
  • Experienced with ink mixing, plate making, and troubleshooting the tagless and promotional printing process.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, ideally for all pad printers, both from a mechanical and pneumatic standpoint.
  • Ability to troubleshoot the electrical system, ideally for pad printers.
  • Able to work independently and with good communication skill
  • Use of OMS, Outlook, and Salesforce for applicable technician related functions.
  • Willing to travel (around 40%)
