Inkcups provides several offline and integrated pre-treatment systems. Most notably our proprietary MagiCoat® Pre-Treatment System (MPS). The MPS is cylinder pre-treatment system used for digital UV printing on glass, powder coats, and stainless steel. Treated UV printed glassware will reach 600 industrial and 200 residential dish washes. This system has three stations with six adjustable flaming heads that can produce 5000 BTUs. MPS can produce 900 parts per hour. Each station has its own speed controller for custom products. Spray guns apply the fine mist of MagiCoat® with only 0.6 milliliters to 1.0 milliliters of solution. The MPS utilizes a pressurized syringe filling system for consistent primer flow. An integrated exhaust system only needs duct tank for exhaust extraction. With optional flow sensors the machine can detect if primer flow is out of range. If primer is out of range, the machine will stop and alarm out. The MagiCoat® Pre-Treatment System along with our 8-watt curing unit, products will cure within seconds for a nice crisp clean looking print.
