This Employee Spotlight features Aleksandar! Aleksandar is Inkcups Lead Service Engineer located in our Germany office.

Q. How long have you been with Inkcups?
A. I started working at Inkcups on January 1st, 2020.

Q. What is your favorite part about your job?
A. That there is no monotony, the job involves technical challenges, taking part in improvements, contacting customers, and working on site.

Q. How long have you been in the industry?
A. Since May 1999.

Q. What do you like best about Inkcups as a company?
A. 1) The efforts to always make everything even better!
2) The development that is always going on.
3) And most importantly the teamwork.

Q. What is your favorite activity or hobby outside of work?
A. In my free time I am mostly mountain biking or hiking in the mountains.

Q. What is something interesting you think everyone should know about? 
A. I did a Permaculture Farmer training in 2013-2014, with Sepp Holzer the Permaculture Pioneer. Since then I have been very involved with farming and try to implement what I have learned as much as possible.
