Another Satisfied Customer!

We just received a great email from one of our newest customers that we just needed to share! Dennis was visiting the Inkcups Now Headquarters because he recently purchased an X2® Flatbed UV Printer (please note the X2® was discontinued in April 2023, replaced by the X5®). They spent about 10 days at our facility for training and couldn’t of been more kind. Here is what he had to say:

Mike, what a mentor; you are such experienced in this field. Many thanks for receiving us, organizing our schedules and tutors, thanks tonnes for all your kindness.

Ryan, thanks for making all this happen, you are the wheels behind the scenes. From quotations, to follow-ups, to invitation letters, to Visas, to local flight bookings, to hotel bookings, to diverse connections, though we have yet to meet, it feels like we have known you for years. Thanks bro for the numerous times you went out of your way and beyond working hrs to ensure everything ran smoothly. You are such a great person. I look forward to meet you in my next visit.

Ben, for the opportunity to visit and train at Inkcups Now, for the dinner we shared and, more so, for the overall experience we had in Boston. You were the actor behind the scenes. We deeply appreciate you sir.

For all the rest of the team, including the other Ryan and every other person who made our stay enjoyable, deeply appreciate every one of you and look forward to seeing you again.
