I would like to know how to mix the ink so it is not too thick or to thin in the cup? I just started working at a t-shirt factory using the tag less pad printing machine. They mix black and white to make gray. They also use retardant and paint thinner. My supervisor doesn’t have a recipe, they just eyeball it. It’s very frustrating to stop the machine because the ink isn’t printing the full print or applying too much ink and it smearing on the tag.
