The PromoJET solvent flatbed inkjet printer is an extremely versatile flatbed inkjet system for flat or three-dimensional items up to 5 inches high. It is ideal for any graphic printed on a light colored or white substrate and offers an incredible benefit when printing 4 color process, gradients or multi-color printing jobs. There are no more hassles in pre-press or time consuming setup - with the PromoJET solvent flatbed inkjet printer, just print the digital file to the machine and within minutes your products are decorated!
New Feature! Integrated Part Heating System
 All of the new PromoJET inkjet printers now come with the Integrated Part Heating System as a standard feature. The heat can be turned on when needed and easily controlled by the rheostat. Parts are heated as the print head moves over them, eliminating the need to pre-heat manually.
Heating System Benefits:
• Improved adhesion to plastics: the heat opens the "pores" of plastics
• Simplified process: no need to pre-treat parts in most cases
• Improved image quality: the impact of heated surface prevents dot gain
The PromoJET solvent flatbed inkjet printer features an 8 color inkjet head with specialized solvent based inks which are formulated to adhere to most plastics, coated metals, leathers and many more substrates without pre-treatment. More difficult materials can achieve excellent adhesion with the use of a pre-spray. The system has a DC driven tooling table which is 11" x 18" onto which parts can be tooled into a multiple-up configuration. Specialized RIP software controls the color reproduction and the overall amount of ink laid on the product. The PromoJET solvent flatbed inkjet printer can decorate a full table of parts with crisp, vibrant multi-color graphics in less than 3 minutes.

This system is available as an alternative to aerosol cans for substrates that need pre-spraying for the best quality imprints. The system reduces VOCs (volatile organic compounds), enables high volume production and the use of liquid primer (which can ship as non-hazardous goods).

PromoJET for Edible Images
The PromoJET flatbed inkjet printer is now available in two configurations: for edible and non-edible items. The machine comes with different types of ink depending on the application you need.
With the PromoJET for Edibles, you can decorate cookies, chocolate, lollypops and other edible items. All components of PromoJET edible inks are FDA approved.
